- RELIABLE GREASE XG-293 is premium quality synthesized Polyurea thickened with Micro gel based grease formulated with advanced chemical with special EP additives and combination of low viscosity synthetic hydrocarbon base oil for an extensive range of applications including low temperatures, high temperatures and high loads.
- It is also fortified with a synergistic blend of additives such as rust, corrosion inhibitors and antioxidants to provide unusually good protection against frottage and tribocorrosion.
- This grease retains its consistency under high temperature and shear conditions over extended periods of operation.
- It has good shock and heavy load characteristics and its very high level of mechanical and thermal stability prevents deterioration and formation of deposits.
- The useful operating temperature range is -55°C to +180°C.
- APPLICATIONS: It is especially recommended for wide range of applications include aircraft wheel bearings, plain and rolling element bearings at low to high speeds and splines, screws, engine accessories, control systems, actuators, screw-jacks, servo mechanisms and electric motors, helicopter rotor bearings, instruments, airframe lubrication, hinge pins, static joints, worm gears, landing gears and other mechanisms where low wear and low lubricant friction losses are required.
