DESCRIPTION RELIABLE CUTSOL-S is soluble type superior grade cutting oil, which form a milky emulsion with water. It is manufactured from specially selected base oil having excellent solubility. The emulsion formed is homogenous and stable is nature, and does not split during use or routine machine shut down periods.
RELIABLE CUTSOL-S contains special rust inhibitors, which imparts, anti-rust and anti-corrosive properties to the emulsion. Carefully selected biocide (Triazine) is added to prevent bacterial growth in emulsion.
APPLICATIONS RELIABLE CUTSOL-S is recommended for variety of metal working operations on ferrous and non-ferrous metals such as cutting, cold rolling of steel, and hot rolling of aluminium, special rolling of stainless steel etc. The most common emulsion strength use for machining range from 5 - 10 % depending on the severity of machining. More dilute emulsion are recommended. For stable emulsion, oil should always be added to water and not vice-versa, with continuous stirring.
RELIABLE CUTSOL-S meets the requirements as specified by IS: 1115-1986 (Re-affirmed in 1996) and ZX-1 defence standard.

PREVENTIVE MEASURES
The under mentioned preventive measures are helpful for control of offensive odour.
• Pre-treatment of water used in preparing emulsion
• Avoiding oil blanket on the surface of emulsion in the sump.
• Aeration of emulsion.
• Frequent removal of chips and fines from the sump.
• Periodic cleaning of the coolant reservoir and system.
